Who we are

SOLA ("we", "us") is a learning and community space run by SOLA Wellness Initiatives at asoftlandingspace.com. Questions about this policy, or anything in it, can go to hello@asoftlandingspace.com — a person reads that inbox.

What we collect, and why

• Your name and email address — to create your account, sign you in, and send you the emails you've asked for (sign-in links, session reminders you've opted into).
• Your membership record — which parts of SOLA you have access to, whether through a purchase or because we granted it, so the portal knows what to show you.
• Your session RSVPs — so we know you're coming, and you can see what you've signed up for.
• A payment reference — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only a reference ID that lets Stripe match you to your subscription.

What we deliberately do not collect

SOLA is an education and community space, not a healthcare service. The portal stores no health information — no diagnoses, no clinical notes, no information about you or your family's neurodivergence. What you choose to share aloud in a live session stays in that room and is never recorded into your account.

We use no advertising trackers and no analytics that follow you around the internet. We will never sell or rent your information to anyone.

How signing in works

We use magic links — we email you a sign-in link instead of storing a password. There is no password to leak, and no password for you to remember. Your browser keeps a small amount of local data so you stay signed in on your own device; signing out clears it.

Sessions and recordings

Live sessions happen on Zoom. Some learning sessions are recorded so members can watch replays; we'll always tell you when something is being recorded. Community Circles are a space for connection — cameras are always optional, and what's shared there is treated with care by all of us, per our community guidelines.

Who touches your data

A small set of services help us run the portal, each handling only what it needs: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure account database and sign-in, hosted in the United States), Resend (delivering our emails), and Vercel (hosting the portal itself). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. If you'd like your account and its history deleted, email us — we'll do it, completely, and confirm when it's done.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct something, or delete it. Email hello@asoftlandingspace.com and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email with one click.

Who SOLA is for

Portal accounts are for adults (18+). SOLA supports parents and caregivers; the portal is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's information.

When this policy changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email members before it takes effect — no silent updates.
